Aquarian Sadhana is a series of morning spiritual practices including recitation of prayers, mantra chanting, meditation, and yoga. It is called the “Aquarian” sadhana because it was meant to support and uplift humanity through the current astrological age, the Aquarian Age.

Price: there is no charge for this event. Donations are welcome, and all donations go directly to the Soul of Yoga Kundalini Program, allowing us to bring more Kundalini events to the Soul of Yoga!  Suggested donations of $5, $10 and $25.

Facilitated by Sibelle Bennett. Sibelle is a Kundalini Yoga teacher who teaches with deep intention. After practicing for many years, she became certified as a teacher. She was drawn to Kundalini Yoga because it goes beyond the physical to cultivate a deeper connection to one’s self and to others. Her classes provide a space for deep healing, self-awareness and being open to what shows up. She teaches from the heart, with great compassion and gratitude for her students.
