Led by Cristina Trette, MA, LMFT
Marriages and romantic relationships are being impacted in various ways during this time. Some have discovered that having more time with their partner, and slowing down, has helped them connect in meaningful ways. Others have found that unaddressed concerns are coming up to the surface, and can no longer be ignored. Others have multiple stressors piling up right now, that seem to be taken out on their partner. In this live stream workshop we will explore how to strengthen your love relationship so that it becomes a retreat from the ups and downs of this wild time we are in.
This is a four session workshop series designed for those in a committed relationship. Participants can attend individually (without their partner present) or as a couple.
Over the four weeks we will cover:
- Empowered communication
- Co-regulation and the soothing of self and lover
- Relationship struggles as opportunities for growth and healing
- Attuned intimacy and bonding
4 week series begins Tuesday 5/5 – 5/26 3-5pm each session
Please preregister in advance, each week login to your Zoom account and join this meeting: https://zoom.us/j/450904777
