Join us as we embrace the movements of our soul with a spiritual practice. Moving with intention and respecting the Sacred is the healing our world needs.

About the Facilitator:
Cynthia is a movement artist, energy healer, certified yoga instructor, and a ritualist combining Native American and Pagan ceremonies to help people grow and connect deeply. She has a BFA from SDSU in Dance and brings a unique depth of knowledge around dance styles and theories that make her classes rich, powerful, and academically based. She also has years of her own movement explorations and ritual practice that allows her to innovate and bring fresh, new and life-changing perspectives to her classes and embodied rituals. A mother and lover of all things movement, Cynthia’s events are always nurturing, playful, and transformational, deep yet fun.
*** 10pm – Midnight – Ecstatic Dance Journey featuring J Brave
MC, Poet, DJ, Producer, J Brave’s greatest gift and intention is to bring people together, and remind everyone of their divine nature. A former counselor for Homeless and At-Risk youth, he is the founder of the internationally renown Hip Hip collective the Luminaries and has toured the world spreading messages of peace, love, and unity throughout his travels. His debut solo album “Amethyst” has peeked the ears of music listeners, and his single “Sacred” has gone viral approaching a million video views. This multi-talented artist fuses conscious rap and singing lyrics with Bass driven tracks to create a unique cacophony of sounds intended to inspire hearts and empower audiences! His live shows can also expand to feature instrumentalists, singers, and dancers to accompany him on stage. He is currently on the production team and a resident DJ for Ecstatic Dance LA, and is visioning a large scale festival called Benevolence set to launch in 2020. He strives to use music as a tool for transformation while sharing his personal stories of resiliency through adversity. J Brave is a shinning example of a person driven to make a difference in society. Motivated by his own awakening, he is passionate about uplifting the masses, speaking against injustices, and rekindling our connection to nature so we may live in a more loving world.

Many people dance in their own space. To engage in a dance with someone, use sensitivity: Are they open to sharing their space with me? Mirror movements, offer a hand, brush by, make eye contact, and see & feel how they respond…
