Over 30 years of evidence based research indicates that mindfulness training can improve the many effects of stress symptoms. MBSR has shown to effectively enhance the treatment of and improve:

  • Mental Health – anxiety and panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, sleep issues, concentration and focus, over reactive/anger issues, relationship conflicts.
  • Physical Health – heart disease, hypertension, GI issues, skin disorders, headaches, general pain, other types of chronic illness.
  • Wellbeing – work, family and financial stress, creativity, greater life satisfaction and fulfillment, ability to be fully present and engaged with your life.

The mindfulness practices that are taught in this course complement conventional and natural healing treatments by mobilizing and strengthening our body’s innate resources for healing and responding to stress.
