Facilitated by Guru Amrit Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D., KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. She was a classic ballerina, studied History, and has a MA and Ph.D. with honors in Philosophy. She has written three books, served as a college professor, and has written for newspapers, magazines, and participated in civil organizations. Since 1999, the main passion of her life has been Yoga. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she taught in Mexico and directed an Ashram for five years. She is a Reiki Master, is certified in EMF, is a 3rd level Sat Nam Rasayan healer, and has also completed all Level 2 certified KRI Trainings. She has recorded 3 mantra albums. She became a KRI teacher trainer and has taught in 14 trainings with different groups in Los Angeles, San Diego, Mexico City, Cuernavaca, Acapulco, Valle de Bravo and Tabasco. The most important and honorable participation she has had in Sikh Dharma worldwide was to help in the revision of the translation in Spanish of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, which was accepted in the different Thakats of India, including the Golden Temple. She is a happy mother and grandmother, loves art, and dedicates her life to teaching Kundalini Yoga. She feels blessed to be able to live in the Dharma serving with all her heart so others can have the tools to find their own superior selves.
