Stuff happens everyday. And, we have an option every moment of each day to decide how we want to feel when we close our eyes at night. That decision can be made consciously or unconsciously. What do you want? How do you want to feel after you have done your best? I want you to feel good about yourself at the end of each moment regardless of whether you were brilliant or stupid.

The technology of Kundalini Yoga, breath, mantra and meditation is amazing! We will use it to gain command over our thoughts, feelings and judgments. We will practice it to develop self-trust. We will challenge our nervous system to deliver us to ourselves. And we will earn to laugh through it all. Hope to see you there!

About Krishna Kaur:

Krishna Kaur, E-RYT 500, has been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and self-awareness since 1970. A dynamic, heart-centered teacher and teacher trainer, she is certified by the 3HO Foundation and the Kundalini Research Institute. She is the training coordinator for Kundalini Yoga in West Africa, and teaches extensively throughout the Mexico, South America, and China, as well as the United States and Canada. Krishna studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for more than 35 years, and established the first Kundalini Yoga center in South Central Los Angeles in 1971. She is also the founder of Y.O.G.A. for Youth, a nonprofit organization that establishes yoga programs in underserved communities, and trains yoga teachers to effectively reach this special population.
