Celtic Reiki Level I — Rooting into Earth & Self

This first level is where everything begins… not by doing more, but by coming back into your body and into the Earth.

Celtic Reiki Level I connects you with the energy of sacred trees and the living intelligence of nature. Instead of energy coming down from above, this system works differently — it rises up through you from the Earth, grounding, steady, and deeply nourishing .

In this training, you’ll receive your first attunement to the tree energies. These include frequencies like Birch for release and new beginnings, Hawthorn for clarity of mind, and Silver Fir to help you see forward when things feel blocked. Each tree holds a different medicine, and you begin to learn how to work with them intuitively.

This level is about:

• grounding your energy
• clearing old patterns and emotional weight
• feeling safe in your body again
• opening your connection to nature and subtle energy

We’ll also be weaving in a Reiki-infused sound healing immersion using crystal bowls, allowing the frequencies of sound to deepen your attunement and help your body integrate the energy more fully.

This is a gentle but powerful beginning. You don’t need experience. Just openness.
