Miles is trained in the Farukhabad Gharana of his teachers and is a respected performer of its rich, aesthetic repertoire through his years of dedicated study and practice. Miles has performed all over the world in prestigious venues

MILES SHREWSBERY received his ongoing classical training from Pandit Abhiman Kaushal and Pandit Nandkumar Bhatlouande of Hyderabad.  He has performed all over the world with top Indian classical musicians, jazz artists and pop stars such as Shujaat Khan, Deepak Ram, Googoosh, Cheap Trick, and Yusef Lateef.  Currently, Miles is on the faculty at UCLA as a Lecturer of Tabla, and co-director of the Indian Music Ensemble. He is an Artist-teacher in Residence for the Center for World Music in San Diego, while managing his own school – San Diego Tabla Academy.

ARYAN PRAKASH learned samvadini, classical harmonium, under the tutelage of his gurujis – Shri Partho Roy Choudharyji (disciple of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan saheb), and Shri Adarsh Saxena ji (disciple of Pt Arun Bhaduri ji). He is currently continuing his musical journey under Shri Tanmay Deochake ji. Aryan has accompanied esteemed artists such as Srimati Srivani Jade ji, and Gaayatri ji. He is continuing his journey as a student of music here in San Diego.
