The Heart Frequency is a calming Sound Bath + Guided Meditation + Reiki experience designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with the space of the heart.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the body and breath, gently bringing awareness to the heart center. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls, while heart-chakra–focused Reiki is offered to support balance, connection, and gentle energetic clearing.
