A beginners yoga session followed by a healing & relaxing sound bath experience in nature will allow you to relax and let go of stress

About your facilitator:

I am a certified yoga instructor, sound therapist and breath work practitioner with over seven years experience holding space for others during their spiritual journey and transformation including corportae clients: SAVAGE FENTY, TECHSTYLE FASHION GROUP AND FABLETICS.

What your session consists of:

The session begins with a a cultivation of community and closeness as we get acquainted and set our intentions for the journey.

We transition to a guided meditation centered upon Conscious, connected breathing from our diaphragm.

The yoga is a calming flow that consists of gentle poses and breathing exercises. During our time together we will release anxiety, doubts, limiting beliefs and let go of tension.

Don’t worry if you are new to yoga/or breath work as this is a beginner -friendly yoga flow. We focus on breathing, not flexibility. You will leave feeling revitalized, grounded and equipped to manifest your wildest dreams.

During the sound healing, Tesha will be playing 432hz perfect pitch crystal sound bowls tuned to the chakras, a rain stick, ocean and ritual drums, a gong, bells, and various chimes to help induce relaxation and create a deep meditative state. There will also be a guided meditation and affirmation chanting.

A Sound Bath is a live, immersive, meditative experience which works acoustically on your brain, body, and soul. As you sit or lie down with eyes closed, sound vibrations wash over you, taking you on an expansive inward journey. Similar to meditation, sound baths stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, centered, energized, and uplifted. Sound Healing is an ancient-modern practice which comes in many forms across all cultures.
