The soothing sonic waves of the crystal singing bowls will be the vehicle to support connection, rest and restoration. The ethereal elemental flow chimes and the four elements of the Koshi Chimes will enhance the sound bath. You will integrate your experience as we conclude in stillness. Feel free bring your journal if you would like to make some notes at the end of the session for later reflection.

Donna Beifus is a Registered Nurse, Certified Crystal Bowl Facilitator, Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor and Reiki Master/Teacher. She brings her decades of experience in health care to her passion for helping others develop and expand their own energetic connection to personal well-being and transformation.
