All our Services are virtual & online. We have been serving Southern California over 18yrs and are visited by an average of 5500 people a week.

Posting Events on Calendar:

Posting events are done by you as a Registered User.
So be sure to be logged in.
Click on Add New Event button below and follow the flow of the form to fill it out.
At the end of the form click on Submit.
Pay attention to the top of the next page , this is where you will see if it was successful or not.
If you want to go back and edit, or delete your event you can find the
Edit My Event button on the Calendar page at the top right side above side banner ads.
Once you have submitted your event be sure to pay for it in the Store!!

Your Event will be posted to the Calendar within 24hrs of receiving your payment!

($20) Suggested Donation. Please give what you can if you can. No one turned away though.

Banner Ads:

Banner Ads are located in different areas on the site and on E-mailed Mailings.
Banners need to be (.jpg) or (.png) image files.
See the list below with pricing and details.

Banner ads: On the top of the Calendar page.

There are 2 spots for banners at the top of the Calendar when more than 2 are purchased they will start to rotate.
Dimensions: 720px wide X 90px high at 72dpi.

Banner Ads On the Right Side of the Calendar page.

There is only space for 6 after that it will rotate with the other ads.
Dimensions: 250px wide X 400px high at 72dpi. or 250 X 250

Banner Ad on Event pages:

(bottom area). Event pages are the event details found after clicking on an event on the Calendar.
Dimensions: 720px wide X 90px high at 72dpi. for top banners and 400px X 250px at 72dpi for the bottom banners.

The are located at the bottom of the Mailing.
Dimensions: 720px wide X 90px high at 72dpi.

Large banners  on  homepage slider (higher visibility)
The cost includes Posted Event on Calendar.
Dimensions: 642px wide X 351px high at 72dpi

Exclusive 5k Mailings:

This is an exclusive mailing of your flyer only to our 5k list.
This list is specific to the S.Cal area. (This must be an event not an Ad)
Dimensions:: 10″ wide X 15″ high and 80 dpi/resolution
When paying for this give these details in the comment area:
Preferred mailing date and time. Text Summary of your Event a paragraph or two.
Give us the Subj. line Title of your choice (7 words or less.)

Shared 5k Mailings:

This is a shared mailing of your event with 1 or 2 others flyers.
(This must be an event not an Ad)
Dimensions: 10″ wide X 10″ high & 80 dpi/resolution

Give us the Subj. line Title of your choice (4 words or less.)

This is an exclusive mailing of your flyer only to our list.
This list includes the 5k S. Cal specific list plus 10k across the country.
(This must be an event not an Ad)
