This transformational experience combines the healing power of conscious breathing techniques with the relaxing power of sound.

During the 40-minute guided breathing practice, you will use the rhythms of breath to harmonize your spirit, moving through a portal and traversing your inner spiritual landscape with ease and clarity. You will then be skillfully guided into a state of deep relaxation and integrative rest by Himalayan singing bowls, therapy harp, crystal bowls, Native American flute, and other soothing sounds. We will conclude our time together by engaging our voices with optional toning and meditative chanting.
