During a sound bath, you will be immersed in a musically meditative experience, surrounded by rich overtones and undertones that induce a deep state of relaxation. We all understand the impact music has on our hearts and minds, and through sound baths, we harness the foundational elements of music – notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration – to craft a powerful meditative journey. This journey brings greater clarity and awareness to our minds and hearts, helping us connect with our emotional bodies and understand the messages they hold.
Interestingly, research shows that even if you’re new to sound baths, you can have a more profound experience than experienced meditators who practice regularly. So, whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this experience is open to all. Just lay back, relax, and receive the healing vibrations.
Your guide for the evening is Kyle Lam, a skilled facilitator with over a decade’s worth of musical experience and expertise in conducting healing ceremonies throughout Southern California. He is renowned for curating powerful healing experiences for the community.
For your comfort, Behind the Lids provides yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye covers, ensuring you have all you need for the session. Feel free to bring any additional items that may enhance your meditation experience.
