TEA CEREMONY & KHANGSO MUSIC RITUAL

The Tibetan Tea Ceremony is wonderful and delightful. A bowl and cup are set in the center of the Lama’s table and the tea is poured into the cup, symbolic of our lives.

When we are open to receive the goodness, our blessings overflow. In the Ceremony, each person is invited to make a wish to be granted by the Enlightened Dharma Guardians. Afterwards, prayers are sealed with the resounding music of the monk’s traditional instruments.

Guests are invited to shop before and after in the arts and crafts marketplace.

 Minimum donation $25 advance/$35 at door

The Temple of Joy offers an ideal atmosphere for this experience with its spiritual ambiance.
