Please join me on this auspicious day for a sunset sound bath on the Full Moon in the garden of the Marston House, Balboa Park. Sound healing promotes deep relaxation and cellular regeneration in the body and mind.

Connect with nature while lying down and listening to calming acoustic music. Instruments include crystal singing bowls, symphonic and wind gongs, handpan, Native American flute, drums, chimes and more!

We will gather outdoors in the gorgeous “hidden” garden for a celebration of summer and sound! There is a grassy area where participants will lie down on blankets or yoga mats while enjoying the music.

Once you purchase your ticket, your name will go on the official list. Upon arrival simply give your name to the person doing check-in! Please bring whatever you need to lie comfortably in the grass like a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.
