There is a place of peace and beauty in each of us: our own sacred sanctuary in the depth of our heart center. Althor calls it the Temple of the Heart. It is where the Pearl of Light dwells, that seed of divine consciousness within, our indestructible luminous essence. It is the seat of the soul, a place of deep remembrance.

In this session we will journey to the Temple of the Heart to nurture and replenish our weary spirits and return, again, to the land of your soul.
